Content Planning

I have experience with Hootsuite, Salesforce Social Studio, HubSpot, and Later. I’ve also developed multiple robust social media content plans for a creative agency, 2 emerging startups, and a church!

Project Execution

I’ve seen these plans from start to finish. What the beginning stages look like, how to involve creative teams and when to execute solo, and how to make sure it improves over time.

Show, Don’t Tell

Social media is crucial for propelling your brand and culture forward. Your social strategy should demonstrate your expertise and brand personality.

Analytics = Results

The numbers don’t lie. With each plan, we saw a 47% average increase in followers across platforms in a calendar year—as well as a significant engagement increase overall.

  • Built's LinkedIn presence enabled the team to showcase thought leadership, increase hiring, and improve brand credibility.

On Social Media:

“Claire immediately brought ideas to the table and followed each to fruition.”

—Jenna Della Rosa, Creative Services Manager, Design in Mind

“Claire provided outstanding results as a result of her social media strategy and execution.”

— Katie Adgent, Marketing Director, Quore

In 2019 we took the Quore brand to a whole new level—part of communicating our new brand with the world was the development and implementation of a social media content plan for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram. After one year, we saw a 93% increase in LinkedIn followers and a 41% increase in Facebook followers. Additionally, after 7 months we saw 28% increase in Twitter followers and after 6 months a 26% increase in Instagram followers.

I was in charge of initiating all social strategy and the implementation of the strategy across all platforms, in addition to sharing with the entire company to promote overall engagement.

And, as a bonus, I was even able to obtain the Twitter handle @quore!

At Design in Mind, my focus was creating a social media strategy for a growing creative agency that focused on highlighting culture—but that they also could build upon after my internship was over. The result was focused on things like #agencylife, team bios, and sprinkles of their signature color: mint green.
